Our office is represented by the United Food and Commercial Workers Local 1439 and we have several employees who have been with the company 15, 25 even 40+ years. In our culture, the owners and leadership team are highly involved in many of the day-to-day functions and operations and serve as a resource to clients and other service providers. We understand how important our roll is in ensuring the success of the Trust. We see our role as the Trust Administrator to lead collaboration with the other plan service providers; ensure all the information and data needed by each plan service provider is provided correctly; and timely and the Board of Trustees receives all the information needed in timely manner so that Trust meetings can be efficient and effective.
